2. What kind of images are suitable for custom ornaments?

High-resolution photos, especially those taken directly from a camera or phone, work best. However, we understand that you might need to secretly download images from social media, such as Instagram or Facebook, when preparing a gift. Don't worry! Our pre-purchase consultation is completely free. Simply send your photo to info@hmorning.com.au, and our expert design team will assess its suitability. Even if you've placed an order, if the photo doesn't meet the requirements, we offer a 100% refund or the option to replace the image, all without fees!

3. Why can't most of our products be returned?

Most of our products are custom-made specifically for you, making them unique and unsuitable for resale. However, we guarantee a full refund if your item has significant defects or if there’s an error in your order. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
