Shipping Fees
- Standard shipping: $8.99
- Express shipping: $14.99
- Orders over $99 for free standard shipping.
- AusPost is our standard shipping provider, but for large orders or special cases, we also offer other options.
Delivery Time and Process
Since each order is 100% personalised, the total delivery time is made up of the following steps:
- Photo Editing Upon receiving your order, we will edit the photos into patterns suitable for production and send a reference pattern to you via email within 3 working days for your confirmation. Please note that we send all proofs to the email address used during checkout, so please keep an eye on your emails to ensure you don’t miss it when it arrives. If we do not receive a response from you within 3 days after sending your proof, we will automatically approve it and proceed with production on your behalf.
- Production The typical production time is 2-5 working days, depending on the complexity of the product you're customizing and the workload of the orders. If you have a large order quantity, or additional custom requirements, the production time will be longer. If extra time is needed, we will usually inform you in the confirmation email. You can also let us know about any specific requirements when placing your order.
- Delivery Time All our orders are shipped locally in Australia. Standard delivery takes 2-7 days, while express delivery takes 1-4 days. For specific shipping times, please refer to the shipping provider.
Returned and Incorrectly Addressed Orders
In the event that the shipping address provided is wrong or incomplete resulting in the shipment being returned to sender, then we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee.
Lost Shipments
In the event that the parcel appears to be lost please contact us immediately and within 7 days. If it is confirmed as lost then a replacement product will be made. Refunds are not offered in this case.
